PET POLICY:
Metropolitan Tower is a “pet friendly” Community. We welcome Adult Cats & Dogs with certain guidelines.

• Pets must be interviewed prior to their approval as a resident.
• There are breed restrictions so please advise us to the breed to ensure approval
• Spayed & Neutering is required
• Pets must use designated pet area or go off site to local dog parks
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas
• Pets are not allowed in the 8th floor common areas.

PARKING:
IMP parking services manages parking. Metropolitan Tower can assist you with getting parking set up for your convenience. The rates are as follows
